Sanders, Chief Judge:

Appellant Shirley G. Sauls and respondent Jimmy Franklin Sauls were divorced by order of the Family Court. Mrs. Sauls appeals those aspects of the order which determined the property rights of the parties, required child support and failed to award attorney’s fees. We affirm as modified.

Mr. and Mrs. Sauls were married on August 4, 1972. Two children were born of the marriage. They separated on March 25,1982, and twelve days later entered into a separation agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, each party retained custody of one child. Mr. Sauls was required to pay…
