I think that the Hustings Court did not err in overruling the objection of the plaintiffs to the jurisdiction of the said court at a monthly term thereof, to hear and decide the motion of the defendants to abate the '^attachment, on the ground that the same was issued upon false suggestions, and without sufficient caüse; as mentioned in the first bill of exceptions. A county or corporation court is but one court, though it has both monthly and quarterly terms.
