Lizzie Mason, plaintiff in the court below, brought suit in the circuit court of Lawrence county for damages alleged to have been sustained by her by reason of being ejected from one of the passenger trains of the company. The declaration and proof show that she purchased a ticket from Monticello', in Lawrence county, Mississippi, to New Orleans, in the state of Louisiana, and boarded the train at Monticello, Mississippi.
