Statement of the Case

Victor Roar appeals his conviction for intimidation, as a Class A misdemean- or, following a bench trial. Roar presents two issues for our review:

1. Whether 'the State presented sufficient evidence to show that he communicated a threat with the intent to place his victim in fear of retaliation for a prior lawful act; and

2. Whether the trial court abused its discretion in the admission of certain evidence.

We.hold that the State presented sufficient evidence from which a reasonable fact-finder could conclude that Roar had committed intimidation, and we are not…
