PER CURIAM: *
Junior A. Sobrino-Barrera sustained serious injuries while supervising the unloading of steel pipes from a cargo ship. He filed suit under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act (“LHWCA”). The ship’s owner, operator, and charterer moved for summary judgment and to strike an affidavit from Sobri-no-Barrera’s liability expert. The district court struck the affidavit because it was untimely and contained new opinions that had not been disclosed in discovery.
