{¶ 1} Appellant Mark A. Ricer ["Ricer"] appeals his convictions and sentences after a jury trial in the Ashland Municipal Court.

Facts and Procedural History

{¶ 2} Sometime between 1:30 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. on March 4, 2017, officers from the Ashland City Police Department did a walk-thru at a local bar called the Wagon Wheel. Ricer was seen sleeping at a table by himself, with a few pizza boxes in front of him and several beer cans by his head.
