— Per Curiam.
Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed March 14, 1990, which, inter alia, ruled that claimant was disqualified from receiving unemployment insurance benefits because his employment was terminated due to misconduct.
On June 16, 1989, claimant was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance. He was incarcerated until July 1989 because he was unable to make bail.
