McCALL, Justice.
Betty Witmer (Witmer) appeals the trial court’s summary judgment that limitations bar her claims against Franklin M. Cantrell, Jr.; Doris Cantrell; Energy Consultants, Inc. (Encon); and Sabine Gas Transmission Company (Sabine).
Witmer sued the appellees for fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of contract. Her claims arose from the ap-pellees’ alleged failure to disclose the fact that Encon had the opportunity to construct and to operate a natural gas pipeline to supply Gulf States Utilities (GSU) in Beaumont when Witmer, the Cantrells, Walter and Mary Elaine…
