MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT

On this day, the Court considered Plaintiff the United States of America’s “Motion for Entry of Default and Default Judgment,” filed on January 3, 2008, 1 in the above-captioned cause.
