The plaintiff sued the defendant on account of the latter’s having foreclosed a deed to secure debt held by it against property of the plaintiff in the City of Atlanta. The superior court, after the petition had been amended several times, sustained the defendant’s renewed general and special demurrers to the petition as amended and dismissed the action. The plaintiff excepted and carried her case by writ of error to the Supreme Court.
