OPINION
RYAN, Circuit Judge.
The plaintiff, Gwendolyn M. Rivers, appeals from the district court’s summary judgment dismissal, based on the doctrine of res judicata, of her ease in which she alleged, among other things, race discrimination in violation of 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e-2000e-17. We affirm the judgment of the district court.
