In these Chapter 11 consolidated cases, the Debtors have filed a Motion under section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code seeking use of cash collateral which is subject to a valid mortgage held by Deseret Federal Savings and Lpan Association, assigned post-petition to Madison Addition Investments Limited Partnership (MAILP).
