The defendant was convicted of motor vehicle homicide and sentenced to imprisonment for iy2 to 5 years. He has appealed and assigns as error the admission into evidence of the results of a blood test made following the accident, the admission of rebuttal testimony offered by the State, and the instructions to the jury.
