HARRINGTON, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on the motions of all parties for summary judgment. Jurisdiction is based on 28 U.S.C. § 1332.

1.PROCEDURE

This action was originally filed in state court, and removed to federal court on August 25, 1987. The complaint consists of three counts, each of which relates to a dispute over the meaning of language appearing in contracts of insurance between the plaintiff, C.L.
