On September 21, 1907, J. R. Fears was appointed Master Commissioner of the Henry Circuit Court.' On September 24, 1907, lie executed bond with appellant, United States Fidelity & Guaranty Co., as surety. Tbis bond was executed on behalf of appellant by Thos. S. Dugan, of Louisville, Ky., its general agent. On October 7, 1908, Fears executed another bond with appellant as surety. This bond was also executed on behalf of appellant by Thos. S. Dugan.
