Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County, rendered December 17, 1974, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of robbery in the first degree and robbery in the second degree and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of imprisonment with a maximum term of 25 years and a minimum term of 8V3 years.
