The title of the plaintiff to the property in litigation in this cause, is assailed on the grounds, that her purchase inured to the benefit of the community; and that the title of her husband has never been divested by the sheriff’s sale to her vendor.
The plaintiff is a married woman, separated in property from her husband, and the defendants are the seizing creditors of the latter.
