Defendant was charged with the crimes of assault with intent to rob being armed, MCL 750.89; MSA 28.284, armed robbery, MCL 750.529; MSA 28.797, receiving and concealing stolen property over the value of $100, MCL 750.535; MSA 28.803, and unlawfully taking possession of and driving away a motor vehicle, MCL 750.413; MSA 28.645.
