This action was brought in the Court of Common Pleas, Laurens County, by the administrator of the estate of de ceased, under the Wrongful Death Statute, Code 1952, § 10-1951 et seq., against the defendant Johnson Motor Lines, Inc. The plaintiff alleges two principal specifications of negligence.
