MEMORANDUM OPINION REGARDING PRIOR ORDER ON OBJECTION TO CLAIM AND APPLICATION FOR COMPENSATION OF BATE LAND COMPANY, FINDING INDUBITABLE EQUIVALENCE, AND CONFIRMING PLAN
