This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of appellee Violet Stone in the sum of $20,000. The trial was had upon the plaintiff’s first amended original petition in which she alleged, in substance, that in April, 1924, she had married John Minnick and lived with him until the early part of 1925, when they separated and had not lived together since; that she never intended to again live with him, and that throughout the period of their separation John Minnick had entirely abandoned the plaintiff and that for more than five years she had not heard from him; that he has not contributed anything…
