Josephine Huskey appeals from the decision of the United States District Court for the District of Alaska that granted summary judgment in favor of Michael H. Trujillo, Director of the Indian Health Service, Department of Health and Human Services (“Agency”), and that dismissed her complaint seeking premium pay under the Federal Employees Pay Act, 5 U.S.C. §§ 5544-45 (2000) (“FEPA”), and the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 207 (2000) (the “FLSA”).
