Lehigh Sewer Pipe & Tile Co. v. Gjellefald

— C. E. Paine and O. N. Gjellefald were partners, under the name of Paine & Gjellefald. On February 17, 1926, the plaintiff obtained a' judgment against them for $1,900, interest, and costs. This judgment was against the firm and the individual members thereof. Execution was issued thereon, and returned nulla bona.
