Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Groh, J.), rendered May 1, 1990, convicting him of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

At approximately 2:00 p.m. on August 9, 1989, the defendant sold three vials of cocaine to an undercover police officer in front of a building located at 14-76 Beach Channel Drive in Queens.
