Appeals from two decisions of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed September 19, 2014, which ruled, among other things, that Nassau Regional Off-Track Betting Corp. was liable for unemployment insurance contributions on remuneration paid to claimant and others similarly situated.

Claimant, a retired police officer, worked as a security consultant at a facility known as the Race Palace operated by the Nassau Regional Off-Track Betting Corp. (hereinafter OTB).
