MEMORANDUM DECISION ON DATE OF VALUATION OF VERNAL PROPERTIES
WILLIAM T. THURMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.
The issue presented to the Court is whether the date used in determining the value of real property should be the petition date or the plan confirmation date when the debtor proposes to retain the real property and “cram down” secured claims on the property for purposes of a chapter 11 plan of reorganization.
