This is an appeal by Jacqueline Joyce Atkins and Dennis Rupert Atkins, III, from a decision rendered by the Circuit Court of Kanawha County in a boundary line dispute. The dispute had been referred to a special commissioner for determination of the location of a boundary between two parcels of property. The circuit court, after receiving the commissioner’s findings and conclusions of law, adopted those findings and conclusions and essentially held that the boundary line in question ran where the appellees claimed it ran.
