In this condemnation proceeding from the Circuit Court of Boone County no land of the defendants, C. Sanders and Elizabeth Sanders, his wife, was taken, its purpose having been to ascertain the amount necessary to com pensate defendants for damages sustained by their property on Main Street in Madison by broadening the hard surface and regrading Route 119.
