The facts alleged in the complaint and moving affidavit are as follows: The plaintiffs are stockholders and lessees of the defendant Kingsview Homes, Inc., a redevelopment company organized pursuant to the Eedevelopment Companies Law of the State of New York (L. 1942, ch. 845, as amd.). The defendant corporation is the owner of a housing project popularly known as a “ cooperative ” which was developed through loans and grants from the Federal Government as provided in Title I of the Housing Act of 1949 (U.
