¶ 1. Louis Wallace filed a suit in the Circuit Court of Lowndes County, Mississippi, styled Louis Wallace, Personal Representative of the Estate of Cynthia Wallace v. Dr. Emad Mohamed, alleging wrongful death as the cause of action.
