The petition filed in the Court of Common Pleas sought the termination of a testamentary trust, because it was claimed that the trust violated the rule against perpetuities (§10512-8 GO.
That section provides the following :
“No interest in real or personal property shall be good unless it must vest, if at all, not later than twenty-one years after a life or lives in being at the creation of the interest.
