Plaintiff Dedra De La Rosa initiated this lawsuit against McDonald’s Restaurants of New York, Inc., in January 2013, alleging, inter alio, that McDonald’s Restaurants designed and constructed a restaurant that did not comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12183(a). Compl. ¶45.
