ORDER OF THE COURT

ROYAL, District Judge.

Plaintiff filed this action pursuant to the Federal Torts Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2671, et. seq., against the United States of America under a “Bradley Center” theory of liability at Georgia law. The case was tried before this Court on October 27, 2003.
