The motions in this case raise the issue whether the plaintiff resorted to thq *401wrong court when it filed a personal action based on admiralty jurisdiction in the Eastern District of Louisiana against a Louisiana corporation domiciled and served in the Western District. While the corporate defendant, Garber Brothers, has its domicile in the Western District of Louisiana, it in fact does business in the Eastern District of Louisiana as well as in the Western District.
