Appellant, Glau-Moya Parapsychology Training Institute, Inc., appeals from a summary judgment rendered against it in the district court of Bexar County determining that a certain lease addendum under which appellant was claiming the right to possession of certain premises known as 4810 San Pedro Avenue, San Antonio, Texas, to be invalid, null and void.
