MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

COHN, District Judge.

This is a wrongful discharge case. In July of 1987, defendant Village of Dexter (village) discharged its village manager, plaintiff Carl Willoughby. In addition to wrongful discharge under Toussaint v. Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Michigan, 408 Mich. 579, 292 N.W.2d 880 (1980), plaintiff alleges violations of his due process rights under the Fourteenth Amendment, age discrimination, and tortious interference with contract.
