The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) brings a restricted appeal of the district court’s order of expunction granting Jordan Foster’s petition for expunction as to the misdemeanor offense of assault causing bodily injury and the felony offense of aggravated sexual assault of a child younger than fourteen years of age. Foster did not file a brief on appeal.
