DORE, Judge.
This is an action to recover the sum of $415 for surgical, medical, and hospital services rendered by plaintiff to a boy fifteen or sixteen years old, Vorise La-fleur, who was seriously injured on January 5, 1934, while attempting to board a train at Eunice of the New Orleans, Texas & Mexico Railway Company, operated by the defendants as trustees.
