Plaintiff, Richard K. Diamond, Chapter 7 Trustee (“Diamond”) seeks to avoid certain alleged preferential transfers totaling $17,289.89 pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 547(b). Defendant, The Gemmel Pharmacy Group, Inc., et. al., (“Gemmel”) assert affirmative defenses to Diamond’s preference claim under 11 U.S.C. §§ 547(c)(2) and (4).
