This is an appeal from a decision of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of West Virginia denying Appellants, R.B.S. Inc. (RBS) and United Bank, Inc.’s (United) Motion to Lift Stay (Document 2-4).1 The Court disposes with oral argument because the facts and legal arguments are adequately presented in the briefs and in the record, and the decisional process would not be significantly aided by *899oral argument.2 See Fed.
