The act, entitled “ An act incorporating' the Miramar Iron Company,” purported to confer upon the company thereby incorporated “ all the rights, powers, privileges, franchises and immunities ” of the Caledonia Iron, Land & Railroad Company, and made it subject to the provisions and restrictions of the act incorporating the latter company and the several supplements thereto : Act of May 3, 1869, P.
