¶ 1. Ruby Washington seeks review of a published decision of the court of appeals1 affirming a circuit court order confining her to the Milwaukee County Criminal Justice Facility ("CJF") for failure to comply with prior court orders for treatment of tuberculosis.2 The Milwaukee County Circuit Court, Honorable Clare L.
