Reversing.

Michael A. Sebum died intestate June 26, 1949, a resident of Jefferson County. He left a widow, Prances Sebum, and a child by a former marriage, Joyce Ann Sebum. He and Frances Sebum were married in May, 1947, and bad no children. In December, 1947, Michael A. Sebum borrowed $13,500 from the Lawrenceburg National Bank, hereinafter referred to as the bank, and executed bis promissory note for that amount which was secured by a chattel mortgage on several automobiles and trucks.
