The opinion of the court is not supported 'by authorit3. It would seem from an analysis of the opinion that the amount sued for, $416, an amount that is within the jurisdiction of the circuit court, is the controlling factor in a determination of the validity of the judgment, appealed from to this court.

The circuit court would have jurisdiction of the amount when that jurisdiction is properly invoked, either b3r the filing of a suit in the circuit court, according to the usual or statutory processes provided b3r law, or that jurisdiction may be invoked b3r an appeal, in cases of this kind,…
