L. c. 90, § 24; operating a vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor (GUI), third offense, in violation of G. L. c. 90, § 24; and two civil motor vehicle infractions: crossing marked lanes in violation of G. L. c. 89, § 4A; and exceeding the posted speed limit in violation of G. L. c. 90, § 17.
