CHRISTIAN, Judge.

— The offense is possession of intoxicating liquor for the purpose of sale; the punishment confinement in the penitentiary for one year and nine months.

Witnesses for the state testified that on February 1, 1928, appellant sold Will Nance two pints of whiskey. They further testified that a few days before the sale was made to Nance appellant brought the whiskey to his (appellant’s) place of business in an automobile. About the time the sale was made to Nance officers searched appellant’s place of business and found therein some fruit jars containing whiskey and six or seven…
