Plaintiffs in error, as plaintiffs in the trial court, on November 24, 1947, .filed their petition for declaratory judgment in the district court of Arapahoe county against twelve defendants, concerning the right to use, or not to use, a certain avenue or roadway adjacent to the property of defendants, and to an adverse judgment entered June 26, 1948, they specify error.
