Mrs. Emma Walsh, surviving widow of Col. C. C. Walsh, deceased, individually and as Independent Executrix and Trustee of her husband’s estate, seeks to recover* judgment for title and possession of all real estate and personal property owned and possessed by Mrs. John T.
