OPINION
KENNETH J. MEYERS, Bankruptcy Judge.
The Chapter 13 trustee objects to confirmation of the debtor’s amended Chapter 13 plan on the ground that it improperly discriminates between unsecured creditors in violation of 11 U.S.C. § 1322(b)(1). Specifically, the trustee objects that the plan provides for 100% payment to one unsecured creditor, United Missouri Bank (“Bank”), while providing less than 100% payment to other unsecured creditors.
