Anne M. Pilot, the widow of Edward M. Pilot, appeals from an order of the Workmen’s Compensation *433Appeal Board which reversed the referee’s decision awarding benefits on her fatal claim petition. The broad question presented is whether the widow’s claim is covered under Section 305.2 of The Pennsylvania Workmen’s Compensation Act (Act),1 the extraterritorial injury provision.
